Events Past
The Mid-South Workers’ Compensation Association Nashville Chapter offers high quality, dynamic and timely monthly educational programs for our members and facilitates professional development by offering an annual tri-chapter conference.
These events provide members the opportunity to improve their workers’ comp claim management skills and exchange ideas with other professionals in the industry. In addition to valuable networking, MSWCA members who are certified case managers may earn continuing education credits.
MSWCA 2018 Conference: The Stars of Tennessee
Our most important event of the year, the 27th annual statewide MSWCA conference was held Oct. 9 - 10, 2018 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
This year marked the 25th anniversary of the founding of MSWCA Nashville Chapter, and we are very excited about this silver anniversary. Conference attendees included insurance company adjusters, case managers, medical providers, attorneys, and employers and ancillary services from the medical industry. A big thank you goes out to all who supported the event. Future conference thoughts are to include topics on ethics and possibly expansion with webinar access. Stay tuned for updates in 2019.
