The Mid-South Workers’ Compensation Association is a membership-based nonprofit organization formed in 1990 to facilitate continuing education for workers' compensation professionals in the state of Tennessee.

Today, the state has three MSWCA chapters: in Nashville, Knoxville, and Memphis.

MSWCA Nashville Chapter is focused on providing our thousands of members with a forum to learn, share ideas, and network with other industry professionals. Our members include insurance professionals such as adjusters and claim managers, health care providers, safety consultants, legal professionals, employers, and third-party administrators. Our chapter was founded in 1993.

Since our inception, we’ve focused on the needs of professionals who specialize in workers’ compensation claims in an effort to help reduce the incidence of work-related injuries and accidents as well as help employers reduce their workers’ compensation costs.

To do so, we offer high-quality, dynamic, and timely educational programs to our members, in addition to an annual conference with hosting rotated among the three MSWCA chapters.

Our meetings, luncheons, and annual conferences provide members with opportunities to improve their claim management skills and exchange ideas with other workers’ compensation professionals. Certified case managers can earn continuing education credits at no charge.

Tennessee workers' compensation law is based on nearly a century of legislation, case law, and administrative decisions. At MSWCA Nashville Chapter, we pledge to keep our members informed of current workers’ compensation issues, including information regarding legislative actions and judicial decisions.
